To their credit they do call with weekly calls to let you know that your minor damage is turning out to be around a month long repair and all the while you are paying insurance on a «complimentary loaner car»!! All I wanted from the very beginning was honesty on a projected time frame on the duration of my car being held hostage. My battery connections were corroded but the battery needed replaced - not cleaned and then replaced.
My serpentine idler pulley doesn’t make a sound. My transmission is NEW - replaced it 4 months ago. When I picked up my car from my mechanic today he told me although he likes to give other mechanics the benefit of the doubt he had absolutely no idea what Garrett was talking about.

While in the repair shop, the mechanic Garrett called me and gave me a list of things wrong with my car. So, I had to pay for an oil change at my my mechanic. Here it is 3 days later and still no phone call. When I called David he said he would check in to it and call me the next morning. When I got my car back, guess what? Right, no oil change. I asked that my oil be changed while in for repairs. When you sign up for their Rewards card you receive free oil changes. Hindsight… David did call weekly to tell me it still wasn’t done. First, the job took 4 weeks, while the first place I took my car told me a week. If there was a negative star rating that’s what they would get. Greg enjoys coming to work every morning as each day is different and he like being able to help customers through a difficult time.
